VOICES
Making Young Researchers' Voices Heard for Gender Equality
Project Description
VOICES is a COST Action project that aims to increase the visibility of inequalities faced by early career researchers from a gender perspective, and to promote a sustainable dialogue between ECRs and stakeholders in the research ecosystem across Europe and beyond.
The Professorship of Higher Education is engaged in the Working Group 2 'Leadership & Decision-Making'. The WG seeks to gather best practices that work towards an integration of ECRs in decision-making bodies and to change the discussion culture in decision-making committees in order to ensure efficient and impactful engagement of ECRs in dialogue and negotiations. The members of the WG2 gather primary and secondary data which are linked to the representation and the rights of ECRs in the decision-making bodies. Moreover a white paper and other publications will be created by the members.
