Start of Two New Projects

The Professorship of Higher Education started two new projects: ELLpH – Influencing factors of new teaching and learning concepts at private higher education institutions & InterHEd – Intersectionality in Higher Education.

The joint project ELLpH is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and investigates factors influencing the implementation of new teaching-learning approaches at private universities in Germany. In a subproject, the Professorship of Higher Education will explore the relationship between governance structures and teaching-learning approaches at universities and will identify forms of governance that support the introduction of innovative teaching-learning approaches.

The InterHEd project is an EU Erasmus Plus Program funded project that promotes intersectional mainstreaming in higher education teaching in order to contribute to more inclusive and diverse universities. The project is an international cooperation with universities in Spain, Poland and France.
