Contributions to the RESUP 2025 Conference and the 14th EUREDOCS Conference

At the RESUP Conference, Prof. Liudvika Leišytė, Anna-Lena Rose, and Sude Pekşen presented selected results on their research on private universities.
Prof. Leišytė and Anna-Lena Rose gave a presentation entitled “International perspectives on the governance of German private higher education”.
In another presentation, Sude Pekşen and Prof. Leišytė provided an insight into their work “The competition between public and private universities for visibility in the digital student recruitment in Germany”.
The EUREDOCS Conference was a great opportunity for Nina Bieling and Panourgias Papaioannou to get feedback on their PhD related papers.
Panourgias Papaioannou presented his contribution titled “The impact of digital technologies on academic staff appraisal systems. Cases of the German and Dutch higher education institutions”.
Nina Bieling shared her work “Evolution of third-party funding and institutional expectations in German HEIs”.
Both conferences took place at Sciences Po, Paris, and provided an excellent opportunity to discuss current research topics of the Professorship of Higher Education with colleagues from across Europe.
