Leadership and Interdisciplinarity in Academic Projects
Sustainable interaction between people and technology – this is the topic of the 12th Congress for Work, Organizational, and Economic Psychology (AOW) and Human Factors 2021 of the German Psychological Society, which will be held at Chemnitz University of Technology from September 22 to 24, 2021.
Within the scope of a panel on the topic of interdisciplinarity, Anna-Lena Rose will share results of her doctoral project. Specifically, she will focus on the role of leadership for the emergence of interdisciplinarity in academic projects.
