The team behind the “Intersectionality in Higher Education” (InterHEd) project invited interested parties to its final conference at Jagiellonian University in Kraków on 30 June and 1 July.

The conference “Intersectionality for Change: Opportunities and Challenges in Higher Education Research, Teaching, and Policy” brought together researchers, educators, students, policymakers, and practitioners from across Europe and beyond. It provided a forum for exchanging views on the challenges and opportunities of intersectional approaches in higher education, as well as for discussing the key outcomes of the InterHEd project.

The program featured paper sessions, thematic panels, and discussions of the project’s main findings.

The final conference provided a dynamic setting for jointly reflecting on the project’s results and developing new perspectives for intersectional approaches in higher education. The project team would like to extend its sincere thanks to all participants for their keen interest and the stimulating discussions.
