Reflecting on an Intersectionality at an Academic Workplace

Invited lunch talk by Prof. Leišytė at the Women’s Academic Network Twente (WANT) Lunch Meeting for the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.

In her talk, Prof. Liudvika Leišytė will reflect on more than twenty years of experience working across different higher education systems through the intersectional lenses. Drawing on the examples of her workplaces, as well as her research on governance and intersectionality in higher education, she will highlight the promising policies and practices of advancing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in higher education.
