In their new open access article “Institutional Logics and the Strategies and Practices of Interdisciplinary Research Centres: Competition or Convergence?”, Prof. Liudvika Leišytė, Prof. Jay R. Dee, and Dr. Anna-Lena Rose seek to understand the extent to which different institutional logics influence the strategies and practices of interdisciplinary research centers. The authors explore this aspect drawing on data from two interdisciplinary research centers in a German university and demonstrate how different actors accommodate the various logics in their work.
