New Models of the University

We are also pleased to highlight the article by Anja Westphal in this issue. In her contribution “Digitalization of HR Management Processes at Universities – a Systematic Literature Review” she examines the state of digitalization in HR management processes at German universities through a systematic literature review. While existing research focuses largely on digital teaching and future skills, this contribution offers an important perspective on the digital transformation of internal administrative processes within higher education institutions.
