Presentation at the EGOS Colloquium 2023

What drives interdisciplinary research centers and which institutional logics – state, market, academic profession – are reflected in their strategies and practices?

These questions will be answered by Prof. Liudvika Leišytė, Prof. Jay R. Dee and Anna-Lena Rose in their paper "Logics of interdisciplinarity in university research centres: Competition or convergence?" that will be discussed at 39th EGOS Colloquium on 7 July 2023.

Their contribution will be part of the sub-theme "Universities in Turbulent Times", which examines how the success of the university as an organizational form will continue – even in the turbulent times of the present and the future.

This year, the EGOS Colloquium will be held at the University of Cagliari, Italy, and will be dedicated to the topic: Organizing for the Good Life: Between Legacy and Imagination.
