How do academics perceive the institutional structure at universities in Lithuania? What differences can we observe by gender? Prof. Liudvika Leišytė and Sude Pekşen will answer these questions in a virtual poster session at the EMBL conference “Gender Roles and their Impact in Academia” on 14 and 15 October. Prof. Leišytė und Sude Pekşen will present results of the project Changing University in Lithuania. The virtual conference is organized by the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL), the European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO) and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI).
