Panourgias Papaioannou Elected to the EAIR Executive Committee
Our team member, Mr. Panourgias Papaioannou, was elected to the executive committee of the European Higher Education Society (EAIR). The election results were announced during the EAIR Annual Forum at University College Cork on 22 August. "I am very grateful for this recognition and look forward to supporting EAIR's mission through active collaboration with the members and researchers for the next three years," Papaioannou said in his acceptance speech.
Panourgias Papaioannou's participation in the 46th EAIR Annual Forum was supported by a scholarship from the DAAD Congress Travel Program. This gave him the opportunity to present his research paper entitled 'The Rise of Academic Performance Appraisal in Higher Education Institutions: A Review of the Literature'. He also moderated the hybrid conference track of the conference.
The next EAIR Annual Forum will take place in Utrecht, the Netherlands, from August 27 to 29, 2025.
